We decide on style ideas for our clothing and accessories here in the United States, then we travel to Cambodia and select the fabrics and textiles from the thousands available from local vendors. After completing the sample phase, Bopha and her team proceed to make the various items in their homes and then ship the items to us.
Our tailors get paid a wage they establish, up front — their pay is not dependent upon the sale of the items they make for us. This employment allows them to provide better for themselves, their families' daily needs, and it gives them the opportunity to send their young children to school.
This talented and amazing team is growing in community and faith in Christ, each having hope for a brighter future that comes with Christian community and consistent employment.
