Imagine growing up in a remote village, miles away from the nearest town where all you’ve ever known is rural life. You’d like to pursue an education or trade, and that means heading into the city — or maybe your family sends you to the city to earn money to send back home. How will you learn to live among over two million people with no guidance? How will you avoid being pulled into a dangerous environment, or worse: get pulled into human trafficking?
Our Threaded Leaf Project Cambodia College Girls' Dorm addresses these concerns by helping young women learn the life skills necessary to safely acclimate to the challenges of adulthood in the capital of Cambodia.
Through Christ-centered mentoring, supervision, and community, our College Girls' Dorm is helping young women develop spiritually, mentally, and emotionally so they can grow into responsible, well-rounded adults.
